Health and safety at Aston Crean
Aston Crean is aware of the absolute importance of health and safety, not only to our clients and our employees, but to each and every aspect of our business. That’s why we seek ongoing improvements to our safety performance and the latest safety systems.
It is our company’s policy to comply with health and safety legislation to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare of all employees while at work, and to provide such information, training, and supervision, as is needed for this purpose.
This legislation includes the The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and all other statutory regulations including:
- The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction Regulations) 2013 and 2020
- The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Reporting of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences) Regulations 2016
- The Chemicals Act 2008 and 2010
- The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 to 2016
Staff training is to the standard of CSCS or equivalent, Safepass, C-19 Induction and includes Manual Handling training and Abrasive Wheel Training to comply with relevant health and safety legislation.
It is company policy that all Aston Crean employees and sub-contractors working for Crean Mosaics have completed this training.
